I am a politician.

No, not like that.

I just like politics.

That is, the noble art of thinking things through, debating and making decisions.

And I do that. Often.

I have views and opinions, which I like to write down.

Other people are free to read them. They can even comment if they want to.

But the main purpose is so that I can organise my thoughts into a semi-coherent argument.

So that it’s not just waffle and bluster.

It can have real substance to it.

Allegedly.

From now on I’m going to post more of this kind of stuff to my blog.

Just for variety.

Just for my own sanity.

Don’t expect them to be regular.

Don’t even expect them to be good.

Because they’re not for you, after all.
